Vincent Rustuel

Vincent Rustuel is a professional photographer. Following his graduation from an audiovisual graduate school, he soon began working at the Pin-Up studios in Paris. For 10 years, he worked as an Artistic Director for renowned fashion photographers, as well as a "virtual cosmetic surgeon" for the world's greatest models and actors.

The various national and international prizes awarded for his images cover a wide selection of themes, including architecture, fashion, sport and landscapes. Vincent Rustuel admires the work of photographers such as Mario Testino, Michael Kenna, Andy Anderson, William Claxton, Peter Lindbergh, Nick Knight, Paolo Roversi and Patrick Demarchelier.

He tells us: “We may all have the same equipment to create an image, but what differentiates us is our experience, our culture, our lives, and our sensibilities. If you manage to mix all of this together, you will exceed your limits and surprise everyone! And this will give you the strength to get rid of the obsession for constantly increasing lens sizes and ever greater numbers of pixels!”
